COMPLETE POLICY

Delivery Policy

Effective date: 12 August 2026

This Delivery Policy explains how 4DP delivers its digital products, professional services, software solutions, and project work.

01

1. Scope

4DP provides digital services and deliverables, including software development, AI and automation solutions, SaaS access, configured applications, digital files, deployments, and related professional project work.
4DP does not offer physical shipping under this policy. Any physical item or separately arranged service is governed only by its specific written agreement.
02

2. Delivery methods

Depending on the purchased service or agreed project scope, delivery may occur through one or more of the following methods:
  • Access to an online account, dashboard, platform, or hosted service
  • A secure digital download or access link
  • Access to an approved source-code repository
  • Deployment to an agreed hosting account, server, application store, or digital environment
  • Electronic delivery through an agreed communication channel
Source code, repository access, deployment assistance, or other specific deliverables are included only when stated in the applicable proposal, order, or written agreement.
03

3. Delivery requirements

Delivery work begins after 4DP receives the information, approvals, access, content, and applicable payment required for the relevant product or service.
Missing information, delayed approvals, inaccessible third-party systems, change requests, or other unresolved dependencies may affect delivery progress.
Customers must not send passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or other sensitive secrets through ordinary WhatsApp messages.
04

4. Delivery schedule

Any delivery date, milestone, or project schedule applies only when confirmed in the relevant written proposal, order, project plan, or agreement.
This public policy does not promise instant delivery or establish a fixed delivery period for every product or service.
Where a material dependency affects an agreed schedule, 4DP will communicate the relevant status through the established project communication channel.
05

5. Delivery completion

A digital product or service is delivered when the agreed access, file, repository, deployment, or other deliverable is made available through the agreed delivery method.
Delivery does not remove any testing, review, correction, or acceptance process expressly included in the applicable written agreement. It also does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
06

6. Customer verification

Customers should verify that they can access the delivered product or service and that the delivery corresponds with the agreed scope.
A delivery issue may include:
  • Missing or inaccessible digital access
  • An incorrect or incomplete delivered file
  • A corrupted download
  • Access being provided to the wrong approved destination
  • A deployment not being available in the agreed environment
Requests for new features, expanded scope, or work not included in the original agreement are not delivery defects and may require a separate quotation or change approval.
07

7. Reporting a delivery issue

Customers can report a delivery issue through the Contact page on the same 4DP website used to begin the conversation.
The report should include the relevant order or project reference and a clear description of the issue. Customers should not include passwords, private keys, complete payment credentials, or other sensitive secrets.
4DP will review the available delivery evidence and provide the appropriate next step based on the applicable order, proposal, or agreement. This policy does not establish a guaranteed response or resolution time.
08

8. Third-party services

Some deliveries may depend on third-party hosting providers, domain services, application stores, APIs, payment providers, communication platforms, or customer-controlled systems.
Third-party review, availability, restrictions, or technical failures may affect delivery. The responsibilities applicable to such dependencies are determined by the relevant written agreement and applicable law.
09

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments are governed by the applicable written agreement and any separately approved Refund or Cancellation Policy.
This Delivery Policy does not create an additional refund, cancellation, compensation, or credit entitlement.
10

10. Relationship with project agreements

A signed agreement, accepted proposal, confirmed order, or project-specific written term may contain additional delivery requirements.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with this general Delivery Policy, the project-specific agreement controls to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.
11

11. Policy updates

4DP may update this Delivery Policy when its delivery practices or legal requirements change. The effective date displayed on this page identifies the published version.
